Amendment to Continue NOT having Financial Reserve Accounts

Florida law (statute 718.115) state that all condominium associations are required to maintain financial reserve accounts unless the homeowners’ association votes not to. At this time, our Holly Court Condominium does not have reserve accounts. An amendment to continue this practice will come before our Board of Directors at our February 15, 2016 meeting.
